Loktai Extatus

When you hear going forward (As of this writing its April 2019) about the wonders of Ray Tracing lighting in games etc I hope someone remembers this game. It did exactly that kind of light pathing, and it did it on the PS4 years ago. The effect was beautiful and the game being an online-only game.... is no longer able to be enjoyed. Youtube videos etc don't do it justice, but you should still check them out to get some idea of how cool looking it was. It felt a little unpolished and instead of hiring russians etc they hired sinister sounding people to speak weird gibberish using russian words which don't match the subtitles and are nonsense... That kind of thing probably hurt the appeal but the actual game was pretty cool, and so gorgeous.
