Out of the nearly 500 pages, maybe 50 had anything new or relevant and not previously written about or discussed in countless news channels. The rest of the book is filled with mind numbingly boring minutia that doesn’t seem to end but goes on page after page.
The 50 pages were interesting, but the difficulty in finding these bits scattered throughout the book like chaff is a very painful read. The disjointed narrative is made worse by chronological leaps forward and back. One page we are somehow reading about events in early 2020 then the next we are back in April 2019. I had very much looked forward to this book but was seriously disappointed.
