I've heard that many critics are calling this the worst movie ever made, much similer to Norm Of The North and The Emoji Movie. If I was rating this movie, based off the story, the characters and the animation, I'd give Arctic Dogs a 1.5% It's a good thing I didn't see this in theaters.
