I really wanted to give this show a good go, after all it's about Wednesday Addams and Tim Burton is directing. So surely it's going to be dark right.. well actually it really isn't. Actually every incarnation of the Addams family prior to this series is darker.
Wednesday Addams, smart, confident and full of conviction, right... well not in this series, misstep after misstep sees Wednesday make a bigger fool out of herself, as she pretty well acuses the entire cast of murder until some divine influence eventually provides her with the correct answer. I'm no genius but the murderer and accomplises were apparent by the second episode, maybe I've been around the sun too many times and this type of formula is now too apparent for me.
In summary I feel this show is probably directed to 14 year old girls, tinkerbell meets Harry potter setting, love triangles, and a weak plot line to the uninitiated.
