Unbelievable characters. The plot was not credible and the characters were inconsistent. Too many facts [e.g. father's visits to Budapest] were suddenly disclosed and given a significance of which the viewer could not have been aware. What was the "message" of the tale? Did it have one? Why did Erik/Adam want to go to Frankfurt? The whole thing could have been dealt with just as well in three episodes. Very disappointing compared with many Scandinavian dramas [e.g Borgen, The Bridge], but at least it is not just in the UK that poor programmes are produced!
