I found it elitist, patronizing, and charming, in a sophomoric way. If the book profoundly encouraged management to where they aim inasmuch as teamwork and perspective, then great. Personally it made me consider if corporate waste is so great then it works. But, if you run a smart, innovative, and opportunity driven team these structures or elements of self reflective management techniques should be in play. For me it was like listening to an undergraduate presentation that talked business models but never addressed the financial statement. Kind of like a new age business 101 class without Rodney Dangerfield calling the professor out. This is my view.
