Loved it, loved it, loved it. I don't have any emotional ties to the original, but this had me smiling like a child and tapping my feet with joy at the songs. Purchased the soundtrack immediately after watching. Emily Blunt as ever is fantastic (seriously, has she made a bad film?) The children as brilliant as is Ben Wishaw and the rest of the cast. If you want a fun movie that fills you full of joy watch this.
