I didn’t really like it. The first scene was creepy. Artistic I guess but disturbing. It was a fantastic marketing scheme. Barbies are selling out everywhere. It’s destined to be a weird cult classic. I love pink. I don’t need Barbie to wear it. I loved Barbie dolls but I’m not a big fan of this weird movie. Ken was totally emasculated. I don’t remember Allen. I suppose that’s why he was an outcast, nice. So no gay Barbies? Although just Ken was kinda effeminate, ridiculously lovestruck, and horribly dense. He does beach? What? Dumb. For the record I’d love to own Prego Midge because that’s hilarious! Stars given to Robbie who captured Barbie perfectly and Gosling for a great job maintaining some semblance of masculinity despite the pansy Just Ken part. Also loved Mckinnon and weird Barbie.
