I really hope the people behind the Forensic Files 2 reboot will read this. Peter Thomas, the original narrator for Forsensic Files WAS THE FORCE BEHIND THE SHOW! The guy you have as the current narrator for the new series is not it! Peter Thomas made you feel like you were watching a mystery show (along with great background music, and reenactments), but this new guy makes you feel like you are just watching one of the million other shows out there now. Nothing special about it. The only resemblance is the opening theme music. Take a note from all of these movie and TV show reboots in recent years, if you dont correctly pay homage to what made the show great in the first place and you just try to put a modern "new" twist on something that was already great, the show will ultimately fail...Sorry, just keeping it real! I use to watch Forensic Files all the time, and I would love to be a fan again, but get a narrator that gets the mystic of it all and bring back the correct background music and video editing style.

The movie was not bad, but it reminded me of the last Marvel Avengers movie where there was soooooooo much going on and they tried to hard to be either funny, serious or heartfelt and so nothing really landed to me. It's as if there was an argument between the creative and directive forces of the movie and there was a compromise to accommodate what everyone was trying to accomplish and so it became a hodgepodge of "something"... not totally sure what. I won't spoil it but at the end, there is a key scene with Keylo and Rey that makes you say WHAT??? REALLY??? You are going to just throw this into the story after three movies. You had more than enough time to develop that if that's direction you wanted to go (I thought it was a mistake) but why did you just do that to everyone? There were unanswered questions and scenes that were totally unnecessary from beginning to end. The story just lacked strong substance and a focused ending that made sense in terms of bringing everything together. That's my 2 cents. Oh yeah.. one last thought of frustration.... I hate how they make Finn and Poe continually running after Rey in one way or the other.
