I love this show. The system 20 plan has helped me so much. My sugars are within range, I am starting my 4th week & have lost 6 pounds. It controls my appetite & I'm sleeping better! Your program is awesome!

I love this show & have watched for years. When Alex Trebek decides to step down as host, it would be so cool if James Holzhauer would be the next host. He has supported Alex in his cancer fight & is loved & admired by the viewers.
