Sadly, this was Judy Garland's final film performance deserves everything that she got. This is a wonderful British-American family film from 1963 for United Artists (1963-1981) and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (1981-present). As of June 25, 1985, both brands were now purchased by Sony Pictures Entertainment. On December 5, 1994, the film was released on its full widescreen edition from Fox Video. On June 11, 1997, the film was part of the Widescreen Series family from 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment which was released for the first time. And finally, on May 11, 2004, it was released on DVD in full widescreen edition from 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment.

Filmmaking at its best. With an all star cast plus excellent writing and directing that makes Jacknife even better. The film adaptation was co-produced by both companies: Sandollar and Cannell Entertainment in which they give themselves an on-screen credit as one of the executive producers in this powerful dramatic film for Lionsgate and ITV Studios. From 3/18/1981-present, Dolly Parton, Sandy Duncan, Don Correia, Gail Berman, Bill Masters, Sandy Gallin, Carol Baum and of course, Stephen J. Cannell got their names on all projects, starting with "The Greatest American Hero" for 20th Century Fox Television followed by "Championship Ballroom Dancing" and "DanceSport," for NBC Studios, thinking that audiences would expect more from them. And they did.

Now that's great fun for 5 seasons!

Excellent film. Excellent locations. Excellent performances. What more could anybody possibly want in a film? Everything!

This lavish film was from the producers of Funny Girl-Ray Stark of RHI's Rastar unit. Joining them were Jerry Leider, Richard Reisberg and Robert Shapiro, whose producing credits were The Jazz Singer and Pee Wee's Big Adventure. Distributed by Warner Bros (USA) and Universal International (Worldwide) in association with the Rank Organisation.

It was so much fun and joyous to look at this wonderful documentary with real people who wants to heal their trauma and body image issues through both sensuality and sexuality. Sometimes it helps a lot. Sometimes it doesn't. With Sheila Kelley, actress/dancer/filmmaker who takes us behind the scenes what makes us feel great about ourselves and our bodies with lots of love plus dealing issues with both sensuality and sexuality.

SCTV was an Emmy winning sitcom and ran on syndication since 1976. Marking a few good people who went on to have better if not impressive careers. It was distributed by Rhodes Productions (1976-1984) and Blair Entertainment/WIC (1984-2000).

It's so fun to see "Passion and Paradise: The TV Mini-Series." Because I'm very proud that the cast and crew took the time to do something fresh and different plus the locations and everyone were very nice to work with, they're better than all most later projects, such as Tony Scott's "Revenge: Director's Cut" in 2007 on DVD which ran 107 minutes, and received an NC-17 rating. He won the case in 2001 against both former companies Rastar, now owned by CSS Holdings and Lowry Productions, now owned by CBS Studios were no longer to be on the screen as partners and were becoming in-name-only financiers for television and plays for CBS Studios & Lionsgate. He says "Passion and Paradise" was TV's best kept secret that stays with everyone all the way.

This excellent film sure does get an real kick out of everything, but "La Bamba" was filmmaker Luis Valdez's first studio film for Columbia that he brings an all-star cast in their excellent roles. This wonderful film that becomes like no other ever since 1978's "The Buddy Holly Story." And it shows how much we care and love about music.
