I use to watch the original trading spaces as a teenager. I was a faithful viewer until the designs Hildi would do became routinely ridiculous. I don’t understand how homeowners allowed her to even enter their home. She intentionally ruins the houses she designs. In the 80s home interior design shows were rare, but now they are part of network station programming. Design shows now do not intentionally try to come up with outrageous designs. So I don’t understand why Hildi was brought back to the show. Every time I see her on the program I turn it off. If the mission/strategy is to be a home design comedy show, then Hildi has achieved your goal. Once again, I will stop watching like I did the original show.
