IT IS A MUST WATCH!!! IF YOU LIKE TRANSFORMERS PLEASE WATCH IT ! As a Transformers fan, I can one hundred percent say that this movie is the best in the franchise (not including bumblebee). It does have a decent amount of focus on the human characters but not as much as before. There is no military or anything as such. Just the 2 human protagonist and a lot of screen time for Optimus Prime, Mirage and to some extent Bumblebee. The maximal though not extensively in the movie have a role to play with Optimus Primal having the most screen time. The movie is short just over 2 hours and does not waste time with unnecessary exposition, giving us only the required information in a decent pace. Action is good and the CGI is also good, even though not as good as the other instalments in the franchise , it is much better than recent Hollywood ventures with CGI. With likeable characters with distinct characteristics and a villain who is old school and is evil for being evil in Scourge and the terrorcons working for Unicron. It is an overall good transformers movie. Unicron though not featured extensively in the movie, he is being set up as a major villain for the later entries of the franchise. At least here he is done right as well. Only few issues were the large emphasis on human characters, probably should focus more on the cybertronians next time and the maximal and Arcee and Wheeljack should have gotten a little bit more screen time. I’m still not the biggest fan of Wheeljack’s design( I still think Bumblebee did it better). Overall it is a good movie.

It openly condones the end of privacy. Handing over your life to a private organisation. That's a bit much I believe. Along with that the only pulling point in the movie; Emma Watson, her acting is good but her character is so bland because there is no true development taking place. Even Emma's pro acting skills weren't able to make her interesting in the slightest. .It's just her moving to the big company and getting used to it.Her American accent is good, you don't realise that she is British unless you are looking for it( You know the occasional slip into the British accent).The ending is just all over the place. It makes no sense whatsoever, I mean what did they find out about Eamon and Tom. It shows the positives of having no privacy and then shows you the negatives( well they are quickly glanced over). Well at one point Emma Watson's character Mae is so obsessed with ending privacy that she goes back to work three days after her friend's death who infact was killed due to the fact that his privacy and his personal boundaries were not respected. But it seems as though you can get over losing a friend you have known for years in 3 days because you have friends from all over the world. Apart from this the movie is pushing towards a future where no spot on earth will not be under supervision. A world without a place where others can watch you, a world where anybody can get information about your health, monetary status( which Emma Watson's character hated that her mother did so in the beginning of the movie) and literally everything about you. I watched thisovie because I saw Emma Watson is in it. This is not a good Emma Watson movie and we all know that she can do movies like Perks of being on a wall flower, how can i forget Harry Potter. The premise is commendable but the direction and the execution of the idea is absolutely wrong. This is not a good movie but if you watch it it will get you thinking about how much privacy we actually have today which is quite less in my opinion. Thank you for reading this and please note that I am an Emma Watson fan. Thats the reason I watched it. It is in no way shape or form disrespecting Emma Watson or the cast and crew.
