It isn't as bad a show as it's being rated, that is what I would like to say. Critics look at things like sets, and characters underdeveloped or not deeply understood etc etc. Whereas, viewers like you and me, look for thrill and basic sense and logic. And this series gives it. I am not watching it to be surprised, I am watching it to get the thrill and adrenaline that normally zombie movies/shows give, which this betaal, veryyy well does. I read a lott of reviews after watching the show( weird, I know) but I honestly found them tooo technically judgemental and frankly just plane non constructive criticism. I mean, in one review I read, someone actually wanted to know the story behind a secondary supporting characters scar. I mean what even? Would it have added to the zombie part of the story? Or the colonial or military part? Knowing the depth of a supporting character who in the end was intended to die anyway. I mean I would have been pissed off if they would have made me connect with it only to kill it later. So, yeah. Reviews baseless. FOR NORMAL AVERAGE AUDIENCE LIKE YOU AND ME, WATCH IT. IT'S FUN! Don't read the reviews and get disheartened.
