After seeing this film I felt both moved and disturbed by the suffering portrayed, initially from alcohol and drug addiction, then later the suicide. Experiencing the quake of pain that followed, through the couple's own relationship and with their family members, gave the audience further insight into these confronting issues.
Both lead actors gave outstanding performances, which I enjoyed immensely.
