I think Gillian Burke is soo good - quiet, authoritative and well-informed. The exchanges between Chris Packham and his step-daughter, while interesting, are spoiled by the strange intensity with which they gaze at each other- downright disconcerting and, dare one say it, a bit odd. Iolo, who lives in my part of the world, should be censured for having done a programme on BBC Wales about not only exactly where to find Pine Martens but also how to attract them to you. I would say that is a bit irresponsible. Michaela does tend towards the soppy but knows her stuff it seems! Anyway a very worthwhile programme with bits of amazing film. Thanks.
