Film was good, but slow to start off. Character portrayal actress was good. I would recommend seeing this film. But think there could have been maybe some more details about Amy Winehouse life. Such a tragic end to a Wonderful and talented unique Singer/Songwriter. At such a young age.

I preferred the 1970's version in all honesty. With Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson. Though this film was good. I couldn't understand Bradley Coopers gruff/drawl voice. Perhaps it's his vast American accent. I also kept thinking this is like the story of how Lady Gaga struggled to become famous. So like replaying her life story aswell. So i guess a great role for her to play. Lady Gaga was brilliant in this film however with strong vocals. And Bradley Cooper can sing strong aswell. Loved the duets. And i blame Allys manager for Jacksons death. Poor Ally probably didnt know that conversation took place. Did the dog die of an overdose aswell. As Jackson dropped pills as he got out of the car. We see the dog lay down aswell. I Will have to watch it again to see if my opinion changes. Just seemed a bit long and slow......
