Must see for any action fan this movie has it all martial arts, paramilitary operations, drug lords, crooked cops, gangsters, urban hoods, Snipers, executions and some of the most brutal fight scenes ever filmed. I watched this movie with sub-titles but honestly you didn't have to read when you can see a guy is getting the snot kicked out of him. Intense from beginning to end.
