Out of the three Movies I must admit this was the best, but it was damage control from the outset. Thankfully we had Abrams to Abramissm the plot and history in order to match the story at every turn. I can't give examples as this will spoil the film for some, but every human being on this planet with an IQ above 50 will raise so many questions. Yes, I know it's a fantasy movie, but Humans do things and react to certain situations in certain ways. Throughout this trilogy and so many more movies from Hollywood in the last 20-25yrs this doesn't happen; the movie just plods in the direction of the story without any thought. This trilogy had so much potential but was ultimately squandered, leaving one with the feeling that the whole Skywalker saga is now tainted. I think Hollywood in general needs to have a good introspective look at itself and start to create and nurture original creative scripts and thinking. It can be done you just need time. Time though seems to be the thing Studios no longer care about. Sorry for the rant!
