A cautionary tale. Glad I stayed with it. Each story portrays the specific character in mood as well as dialog and action. Reaches an amazing climax with an intense, gritty, gruesome duel. Not as much an homage to MeToo as a warning to the amoral or sanctimonious, selfish, insecure men of our time who haven’t progressed after hundreds of years and the women who trust them.
