I enjoyed the series very much but the storyline regarding Sidney's departure was really quite bad and did not align with previous character development.

I was looking forward to this series as members of my family are huge fans of the Louise Penny books which I have not read. I have been very disappointed (poorly acted, very simple plots). I will buy the books instead.
