It's the best city building simulator out there, at least among the modern ones. Especially considering how SimCity 2013 bombed. Even if it hadn't, Cities: Skylines would still remain a solid contender imo. Not much I could begin to complain about, but this game nails almost everything, especially with the DLC additions to the game and the many mods you can find through Steam and such. 11/10
