Today 9-15-21 on the view one of the women made a comment she thinks Biden has senility. That's an archaic word no longer used. The word is dementia.
From my observations of Biden I don't see any sign of dementia. He's amazingly sharp. He speaks slowly and carefully mainly because of his stuttering issue.
I used to screen people for dementia.
