1 star: For the intriguing story. 1star: For relatable characters and convincing enough acting. 1 star: For flawless direction which eases into us as the screentime passes. 1 star: For the ending and the message it provided successfully. 1 star: For the bucket of emotions I went throughout the movie and felt them heightened after the movie.

This movie turned out to be something I little expected. But I won't be lying if I say I wasn't surprised. The boy, oh my! The movie could've easily been a 5 star but ending and late arrival of sympathetic feeling(which we didn't feel at all) for the kid made this one something I'd never watch again..

I watched this movie with very low expectations because the trailer I had seen was profoundly appreciable. And usually such movies fail to live upto it's trailer. But boy was I wrong! This movie not only was worth my time but it also was a pleasure to see and I say with this no doubt that this movie is gonna be anytime for me. I loved it not only for what it depicted but also how it covered everything it started with no uncomfort. Highly recommended!!!

Here is a review of the movie 'Love Aaj Kal(2020)' 'A heart-warming tale shines sometimes' Reason for 4 stars: Good songs, Powerful performances, story, sometimes lost. Story: Two couples of different generations(as in 1990) try to tackle the never ending dilemma of love. Cast: Randeep Hooda as Raghu Sara Ali Khan as Zoe Kartik Aryan as Raghu/Veer Aarushi Sharma as Leena Director: Imtiaz Ali (Director of Rockstar, Tamasha, Highway, Jab We Met, Love Aaj Kal(2009), etc.) What's Good: The fact that it seriously makes us feel the 90's aura. Veer and Zoe's tale feels logical enough through bold acting and great characters. Gripping through splendid songs and Screenplay. What's Bad: Imtiaz Ali's direction sometimes felt very weak and immature. Sara Ali Khan slipped sometimes and the fact that you know the ending. Review: Imtiaz Ali's Love Aaj Kal is totally suitable to the youth and not at all for the family in contrary to the previous part. This sequel of the 2009 one was expected a lot more but did what was supposed to. It felt sometimes that we are in it and sometimes we are lost. But Kartik's performance really was great. It felt as if a lot of burden was shouldered on Khan so she stumbled sometimes but came to her feet very soon enough. The songs are magical especially Meherma. Suggestion: Children below 16 not allowed, not a family movie. To Watch Or To Not Watch: Sure it's not as great as Imtiaz Ali's movies are bit u can sure give it a try. You may love it like I did. Here is a review of the Netflix original series 'Elite' 'A thriller knows what it's doing' Reasons for 5 stars: Perfection in everything. Story: 1st season: When three kids from working-class joins a prestigious school, clash of class difference leads to a murder. 2nd season: An investigation starts for a missing student in the middle of different problems in each person from the group. 3rd season: When death of a friend takes place in graduation party, investigation begins while Guzman and Samuel along with others plans to give Polo the punishment he deserves after being released from no significant proof against him. What's Good: 1st season: The fact that it isn't a bummer knowing who is killed from the first episode because of its perfect storyline and well acting provided with excellent cast and outstanding background scores. 2nd season: The fact that it not only gets more intriguing after knowing who is lost from the first episode but also gets way better in all perspectives. 3rd season: We know who is the victim of the death very soon but still keeps us eager to watch for outstanding storyline and perfect acting. What's Bad: (I had to) 1st season: The feelings for some of the characters from the show which should've stroked till the end of the first season fails to generate. 2nd season: This season sometimes feels a little dragged. 3rd season: This season deals with so many things that sometimes it feels a little too much. Review: 1st season: This season is great because of its richness in everything. 2nd season: Though it is a little dragged but this season is also the most important season in story wise. This season has its ups and downs but mostly ups. Being dragged, this season gets also saved from some sweet moments. 3rd season: Crisp and bold storytelling make this season better than the previous season. Handling too much information gets a little heavy but all is important too so you don't feel like enough. Suggestion: Please don't allow kids below 17 to watch 1st and 2nd season alone. To Watch Or To Not Watch: Watch it as this is one of those Netflix's original series which not gets messed up after the first season. In contrary, it gets better. If you want to watch this series, watch it before 2021 as the next season arrives in 2021. - A HASAN'S REVIEW

Here is a review of the movie 'Alex Strangelove(2018)' 'A cliché teenage drama' Story: Alex Truelove(Daniel Doheny) is a smart, handsome, charming and virgin teenager who gets finally ready to lose his virginity with her hot girlfriend Claire(Madeline Weinstein). However things take a massive turn when Alex meets Elliot(Antonio Marziale) at a party. Reason for 3 stars: Strong acting, good story, great background scores, weak direction, dull screenplay. What's Good: The fact that the movie has something new and that the movie effectively portrays it well. What's Bad: The fact that even though it has something new, it remains to be a cliché. Although the movie effectively portrays the new theme, it fails to find it appealing and relatable. Bore Part: Netflix producing a cliché must be a little boring. Review: Netflix's original Alex Strangelove is a tale of happiness, despair, confusion, betrayal, realisation and everything you find in a teenage drama. The movie fails to feel something new and soon starts irritating with it's ridiculous predictable scenes. Suggestion: Avoid if oppose homosexuality. Here is a review of the movie 'Yeh Saali Aashiqui' 'An edge of seat' Reason for 4 stars: Great story, Beautiful direction, Suspenseful, Lovable, Overwhelming, a little too much. Story: Sahil(Vardhan Puri) may not be the sweet guy when suddenly things starts to get messed up between him and his girlfriend Priti(Shivaleeka Oberoi). What's Good: The fact that you know everything is going to mess up from the beginning yet you don't wait for it. The smooth direction and beautiful performance by the two leading debutantes. Well built storyline helps to abosrb the story even greater. What's Bad: Now when the truth has came out, the movie somewhere fails to hold and maintain what is it dealing with. It feels sometimes stretched and a little too much. Bore Part: In this 137 minutes of constant fear especially in the chainsaw scene, it is never boring. Review: It is more likely that the movie has already what it needs. Good direction followed with great story and phenomenal acting. Though the story slips sometimes, it never fails to jump up. Yeh Saali Aashiqui is something is something I am delighted to watch. Suggestion: Please don't allow children below 12 to watch it. Here is a review of the movie Tall Girl(2019) 'A cleachè which has very less things new Ratings: 2.5/5 Story: Jodi(Ava Michelle), a tall girl in high school at age of 16 deals with people's comments and a crush of foreign exchange boy Stig (Luke Eisner) who gets popular with girls really soon. What's Good: Every time Sabrina entre the screen, it's like magic spreads on. That the movie being a classic, is simply lovable. What's Bad: That the movie offers almost nothing new. Sabrina's character, which gives a part towards the good is weakly written. She shows that she doesn't like all the pageants but why we never know. The movie shows a cleachè which is not appealing and with such a brilliant subject, it could've been much better. Loo Break: Though being a classic and cleachè, none. Review: The movie is not something which someone would watch by paying for it it. But the movie is good and strangely beautiful. Suggestion: Don't expect much and new. Here is a review of the movie Four Moons(2014) 'Can adorement have any limit?' Story: Four tales showing stories of different perspectives on homosexuality. 1) A young boy struggles to confront his feelings to a little older male cousin. 2) Two college men who used to be best friends in school who got apart reunites coincidently and feels feelings while one is proud of it, the other wishes to remain in closet. 3) A couple been together for 8 years faces a challenge when one of them meets with another man. 4) An old married to a woman man dazzles to see a male hustler and wants to try it. What's Good: Everything What's Bad: Nothing Bore Part: None Review: Four Moons is a fine movie worth every second. Here is a review of the movie Frozen 2(2019) Reason for 4 stars: Better story, Great screenplay, Fresh animation, Funny, Better songs, Unsatisfactory, Bummer. Story: Elsa(Idina Menzel) along with Anna(Kristen Bell), Kristoff(Jonathan Groff), Olaf(Josh Gad) and Sven enters the enchanted forest to solve the reason behind strange voices audible to Elsa. While Elsa enters only to hope that it will give her her long awaited satisfaction from her life. What's Good: It never looses you with its bold story and crisp direction. The story turns out to be a lot better and songs are easily lovable. Funny moments are everywhere. What's Bad: That the movie suffers from its unsatisfying ending. It's like the whole movie builds up and we wait for ending and within one or two minutes, the movie's end happens. It feels like is it over already? Bore Part: None Review: Frozen 2 starts with Elsa and Anna's father telling them a story and that's where we think it's just going to be a sweet little kid type movie but it shows what really it is about from the second scene itself. Entertaining is what this movie thoroughly is. Suggestion: Please watch the first part if haven't watched yet.
