This is not your typical, lame network late night show. It somehow manages to be worse, and watching Seth Meyers try to be funny actually hurts, physically. Meyers, and by extension Late Night, are so corny and predictable they entire aura of Meyers is one of a talentless, night club comic who is shocked he even has a show. In fact that is the general vibe of the entire show, one that just mails it in every night with overused bits, gags, and one liners compiled from every other comedy show throughout the day. Except the writing is less clever, and Meyers' delivery is sure to be worse. It's great for parties when you want to get everyone talking/mingling in the same room. Just turn on Late Night, and you will instantly see everyone start chatting with each other while slowly gravitating away from the television. This works for dates, as well.
