This movie has so healthy to watch. As for people saying it doesn't offer solutions, they are more suggestions. Everyone's needs are different, everyone's pitfalls are different. I am so appreciative that the interviewees don't tell you "what to do". You gotta figure it out for yourself!
For myself... I knew Facebook was driving me absolutely crazy, deteriorating my mental health everyday. I am totally addicted, it is so good at pushing my buttons. I knew all this already but then I watched the movie. And it became exciting to get off of social media instead of a "resolution" or "depravation". What I did is I manually un-followed all of my friends, pages, groups... I kept a couple pages I was really interested in. I would spend about 4 hours a day on the app, now always less than an hour. I still instinctively go on the facebook app like 10 times a day. But there is virtually no newsfeed at all anymore. I was so afraid of missing out and the results is that I am missing out way way less! I still talk with close friends and family all the time, I cook, read, play, discover, enjoy way more. Time will tell but so far I am loving it. Good luck everybody!
