The show started out good but it so wrong, it like surgeon do all the work it the hospital and there is no other department, in reality surgeon only do a part of it and no surgeon does all the surgeries it's like I person is doing ortho, neuro, cardiothoracic, vascular,GI surgeries, cosmetic, trauma, pediatric surgeries. It's so foolish to depict it this way is there no other department or doctor there? In the last season it's really prominent so disappointing.
