I was so psyched for this movie to come out especially after it getting delayed last year. But I have to admit, I was disappointed. Without divulging any spoilers, I will say the good parts of the movie include seeing some of the characters from the original movie in real-time, or through special effects in flashbacks. But I felt like Laurie Strode was back in Halloween 2 where her character never leaves the hospital. Only this time she is prevented by an angry mob which includes doctors nurses and law enforcement which all seemed a bit foolish. Making the plot even worse is how little effort the mob takes when they finally get their encounter with Michael. Especially knowing what he has survived in the past. Definitely felt like a middle movie that really did not need to be made. Hoping for a better conclusion from "Halloween Ends" due out next year..
