Some of these reviews are merely people showing their support. Because I watched before reading any reviews about it, I was excited to see it, I was happy about the early dropped and completely stopped everything I was doing to watch it! The first 2 minutes in I was disappointed. I already knew it was going to be corny. They were doing way too much. It was rushed between scenes, it was cut too much. They never did mention anything about the mother.... I know about “Lisa’s” sister as she refused to do the movie for casting reasons. But, no mention of her. The people in the Barbershop was still the same age.. I felt like I was watching a Saturday night live movie with Tyler Perry’s dress code and scripting. Some parts were funny and I enjoyed seeing most of the cast from the original movie.
