I would give zero stars but there is no option for that. My girlfriend purchased this book for me online on February 6, 2021, as a birthday gift so that I would receive it by the date of my birthday which happens to be on April 21. They processed the payment but never shipped out the book. They blamed it on COVID-19. Shipping from the U.S. to Canada is as simple as going to the post office as they will walk you through what is required. They sent a fake update that the parcel was taken to the post office but it was never actually shipped because there was no real tracking number. Fast forward 4.5 months later, my girlfriend is filing a dispute with her credit card company to reverse the charge because the book was never shipped by them or received by us. Plenty of time for them to fulfill the order but all they wanted to do was to process the payment and think that we would just forget about it. Plenty of other good books on crypto that you can buy online or get from your local library. Stay away.
