Distinctly average, a homage to Bioshock without the deep storytelling and honed pace. Characters have a thin veneer of personality, the open world is interesting enough but beyond searching it for loot there’s not much really to make you want to revisit it. The combat is clumsy, puzzle areas for weapon upgrades were run of the mill. All in a bit of a missed opportunity. Glad I didn’t pay for it, it was available on Game Pass. Play it to pass the time until something better comes out.
