This is the best of the paranormal shows hands down. The rest are pretty silly. This show has a beginning, middle and wrap up. The flow of the episodes are great. They are thorough in the investigation doing research on the property by Steve and Amy doing blind walks. They make a good team. I like they bring people solutions and help. The new season added a client follow up weeks later which I love.
