Don't go in expecting something really deep here, that's not what this is about. Yeah, there are a few deep moments but this is about transformation from obscurity to flaming famedom and it does it with bells on! Taron is simply fabulous and truly captures the spectacle that Elton John was in the 70's into the 80's. A plus for me was how this was done as a musical. Sit back and enjoy!
