One of the most important music documentaries to date. Truly appreciative of the revolution that Laurel Canyon spawned.
As a radio music director, I constantly embrace how new artists find inspiration in their music education. Every artist has a story to tell about who taught them, who they listened to, and how music guides them through life. Beck, Regina, Jade, Cat, Norah, Jakob, and all who covered the music in this film, I respect and appreciate how you have examined the albums, history and how you can grow by the influences of Echo Canyon. Thank you for telling your stories.
I grew up hearing all of the music from this era and these artists. My love for music is inspired by the sensational crossovers between the artists of the 60s and 70s. I wish I grew up in Laurel Canyon. But I am still so fortunate to have been a child of these times. I’ll watch this over and over again.
Thank you, Jakob Dylan and All.
