Adding on to what others have already said;
1. If a survivor can walk out with the money, why didn’t they just wait until after the bombing to go in.
2. So the hired gun only wanted the head, he could have left the moment he got it. Instead he waits until they open the safe so he can backstab them. Makes no sense.
