Absolutely one of the best movies I’ve seen in a while. It was beautiful, colorful, funny, and charming. My only problem with this film is the romantic/sexual relationship that was shown between the main character and her amphibian companion. I feel like that part could have been left completely out and the movie still would have been great. They could have had a wonderful friendship or even if there was love there, it could have been portrayed without the sexual aspect there. It felt a bit forced. We didn’t /need/ to know if they did have intercourse. But overall, a great film.
