It failed as the end of a trilogy and the end of 9 movies. It was a feel good movie start to finish and that's not star wars. Everything felt so shoehorned in, the writing was terrible. The emperor..out of nowhere. Not even hinted at in the other movies. It starts with reveling smoke was just a nobody, and your like..what?! So it was the emperor behind it? Huh? How? Doesn't even fit, like prince charming puting the glass slipper on a horse and we are all supposed to be impressed. It was all like that, constantly trying to fix all the problems with feel good scenes and convenient wins. Someone gets kidnapped..we think they are dead..why not draw that out. Have a great reveil..nope. we aren't allowed to even worry a little. There is no tension at all in this movie, you care about no one. And horses are back for the second time in the trilogy. Please tell me I dreamed it..this isn't the movie they made..this is a joke..right?
