Brilliantly done life size Barbie and Ken accoutrements and a thought provoking take on matriarchy and patriarchy in the real world with some charming moments and exciting bits!

Fascinating and brilliantly acted movie where a female “monster” is created by introducing a babies brain into its own dying mother. It challenged ethics mores and customs and the desire to find out! I was hooked and really enjoyed it.

I loved the idea of Freud’s early life in Vienna. However the series develops it is so much a part of life pre the Nazi era and the life in Vienna depicted by the book ‘The Hare with Amber Eyes’. The educated,wealthy, international Jewish community were so socially isolated compared with the local aristocratic elite. How did their families get there? By conquest… Does this have to always be true???

Very memorable dark movie about love in the horror of Second World War!

Very well made movie showing not only the king’s challenging choices but those of his family and the German envoy. Tense and interesting!

Very enjoyable and beautiful buildings and setting. Acting and costumes are great. Let’s hope there is another series!

Excellently acted and well paced human story with authentic settings and an insight into the world of chess and a young orphan female prodigy and her growing up.
