Happy Cinco de Mayo! Great show and discussion on so many topics. Especially speaking to the dietitian and asking those specific questions related to hunger and eating, getting real answers! Like her plan and the options she offered! Also loved the discussion with the author about her new book "Moments of Glad Grace: A Memoir by Alison Wearing. She spoke about a number of things that many of us feel or find. I completely agree with the details about birth certificates. Not all written information is fact! Studying overseas may seem glamorous but the crushing debt and endless loneliness is no substitute for a quick rescue by your family in a crisis whether financial or illness if you can just drive or take local transit! Home is always home especially when something goes wrong. Everyone always forgets no matter where you are the world is fraught with problems. Suffering alone can cause deep long lasting scarred experiences and much more being extremely isolated.
