As a former dancer & current dance mom I used to loyally watch this show. I looked forward to it each summer. I’m not even interested though in watching the remainder of the season. I’m bored by the dancers and the choreography from several of the choreographers. There have been some amazingly talented dancers on the show but this season the talent is truly lacking. I’m watching the show thinking to myself that some of the contestants are the same level & ability of average dancers from average studios that I see when at kid’s dance competitions. That might seem overly critical, but this show is a professional level dance competition. The dancers on the show Dance Moms (current season) are so much more advanced than the current contestants from SYTYCD. There is talent out there so why aren’t they on the show?
