Stephen is beyond boring to listen too. The people he intertwined with were more entertaining. I don't like the fact that an American is out here claiming African culture and cuisine as his own when he has no idea what it is he's saying. The show does not acknowledge how other cultures paved African Cuisine. They refuse to acknowledge that Africans enslaved Africans. They refuse to give credit to other regions for common things like yams. Yams are not of African Origin primarily. The show seems to be pandering to political propaganda. The second episode where they went crazy over the "back of hand" tasting technique was so silly. That is something done in many regions of the world. such as South America and India. Watching Stephen take credit for things other cultures have been doing since forever is almost if not more so infuriating as watching white people take credit for other cultures creations/ideas.
