It was an interesting insight into what happens at these events. To be honest I couldn't decide whether this documentary endorses what Robbins does or mocks it. On the one hand, it's great that these people can find meaning and purpose in their life but there were definitely occasions where I felt they would have done anything Robbins told them to do, which is very problematic! I think there's certainly something useful in his message, such as being more grateful, changing the way we interpret things and realizing that we have some choice in how we live our lives. However, I couldn't help thinking the message was way to optimistic and unrealistic.
