I remember when I got this game, $20 brand new. It was AMAZING. It was waaaay better than the madden franchise. Then EA bought the exclusive NFL game rights. Now 16 years later, at the time of this review, I lament the lack of competition for the Madden franchise. I haven't bought a football game since.....except "blitz: the league". I think I'm just sad for the football fans who will never know what it means to have a complete, 9/10 football game. I took the time to write this to bond with the fam that remembered this fondly. It was a great time. Shout out to the past.
