Slow to start, good cast, but needs more salt and pepper. Needs humor, needs a cast that’s is irritating and funny. More violence , more police work and more naval atmosphere. It’s a young show and I can’t help compare it with Gibbs actions. Since Gibbs is in hiatus I’ll watch Hawaii more.
