Campaign is short and didn't excite much. Multiplayer, it's basically old maps with MW2 (2022) operators and weapons loadouts. you'll enjoy the nostalgia for an hour then you'll be ready to play something else. I will say that even though all the maps are retreads, most of them have slight changes which could make you feel lost for a moment as you expect to see one thing but it's been replaced by something else. Wasteland for example, instead of the ivy wall, it's more rocky and the tall grass you could lay in and snipe from is gone. Likewise, I was not able to climb the tree by the "C" side. Though the campaign has a highrise mission, it uses the old highrise multiplayer map. The new highrise campaign building would make a great multiplayer map. Hopefully they come out with multiplayer maps based on the new campaign mode. But overall, besides the nostalgia, it's been, so far, probably my bottom 3 favorite COD releases.
