I was confused from the get go. In Retaliation, the previous movie, it was revealed that Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes were trained together as young boys. If this is supposed to be a franchise, why not stay with a concept called "CONSISTENCY"? Other than that, its a pretty decent action movie. No one is expecting oscar worthy performances but a lot of the characters were basically running lines throughout the movie.
