OMG YES I'll write a review! This album was handed to me in person at the Underground Wonderbar one night when my path in life was directed straight to the table nearest the band in dowtown Chicago. Luiz was playing drums and before they started we struck up a conversation. He had written all the parts on the cd and hired a perfect melange of Chicago players and an amazing sexy soulful voice from Atlanta singing the original Brazilian lyrics in Portuguese. This voice transcends over Luiz's original beautiful Brazilian rhythms as only Brazil's Little Drummer as he was called when he was nationally discovered as an aspiring kid that loved the feeling of the fast driving Brazilian flavored rhythms. I kept that CD in my 18 wheeler's super custom 2000w hi def system for nearly a year even tho I am a straight up multidecade rock drummer from the US. Luiz was so excited to share his cd when he found out I also was a drummer. I'm 40 yrs into it now. From me to you Luiz: May God continue His peace and love of life for you to fill your days with what you are so much a vital part of. This CD has a captured spirit that is a beautiful flavor from the feeling of "Brasil". A Co Dor Brasil is The Color of Brazil. 5 stars
