Sadly, this is another attempted reboot/reimagining of a successful movie. Also, this is yet another movie where a female protagonist was created where they're shouldn't be one. In this movie, they changed the original Predator protagonist (Dutch) to a female protagonist (Naru) which wasn't required. In fact, a reboot inst required. If you need to have a reboot/reimagining do your research. Doing that research, the Comanche Indians were tenacious warriors but, the women were gathers not fighters. In the movie, the girl goes out alone to prove herself as a warrior. The Comanche tribe would go in pairs. If one died the other would report back. Here's a thought, write something original. With all the Viking craze why not attack a Norse Clan. The Shield Maidens would have given that Predator a good fight, and accomplished the same goal.

Not worth the time. It tries to be Lord of the Flies in space.

Pointless. This movie convinces you that it is sci Fi on the cusp of a distopean future. In reality, it is a pointless drama with shallow characters, no one cares about. Avoid.

Matt Mercer is amazing. The rest of the cast certainly has their moments. I could however do with less modern speaking (colloquialisms), meta gaming and out of character banter.
