I've enjoyed so many amazing movies only to be progressively disappointing by the subsequent sequels/follow ups! Tom Cruise's Mission Impossible have reversed that trend with every release just improving on the last. Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning is a masterful movie in every respect and has you glued to your seat for the entire 2hrs 49mins!

A fantastic journey based on quantum physics, truly mind-blowing and thought provoking. Great attention to factual detail from the writers and just a little unnerving.

Phoenix's performance was more like a spoilt kid and simply wasn't sinister at all. I waited 2 hrs for the script to arrive but it never did.

The pilot was intriguing but lacked the depth and believability of some other sci-fi series. Subsequent episodes have been increasingly slow. This is the x-files’ poor cousin, twice removed.
