This was an entertaining musical but I was very disappointed in the story because I expected it to be a more accurate and heartfelt telling of the birth of our Lord and Savior. Too bad...the producer and director missed an opportunity to share the Truth.

I loved this story! Heroes that inspire a people to overcome those who would take their homes and their dignity from them.

Having a daughter who is intellectually challenged but who has very high aspirations, this story cut deep. Watching Ned's eyes as he digested the information he received from all the people he came in contact with was like looking into my daughter's eyes. I understood this character and my understanding of my daughter's thought process is clearer after watching this great film.

Exceptional story, exceptional acting, exceptional cinemetography! Having a 31 year old daughter with special needs, I was so moved by the emotions portrayed by the characters. I have felt those emotions. I have seen the kindness. I identify with the faith in God's master plan.

I started crying at the end because it hit so close to home. Love Meryl Streep!
